We at Eco Chef are focused on keeping our clients happy and ensuring your cooking experience remains fantastic.

This is a guideline to help both you and us to streamline the process and to get enough information to resolve any problem as soon as possible

Workmanship Warranty

The cost of repairs might be dependable on the Warranty Policy for the specific product at the time of purchase.
Normal turnaround for Repair is 2 workdays from the date of receipt of goods at the repair agent.
Eco Chef appliances/products will only be repaired by an Eco Chef accredited repair agent. Warranty will be invalid if any member of the public works on the product

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered on products returned within 7 days of purchase, subject too:

The product must be in original packaging – undamaged.
Original Purchase documents must be accompanied by the product.
Precise reasons for return must be provided.
In line with the CPA, charges of not more than 20% may be levied on returns having been used or without original packaging.
Refunds can only be requested from the store of purchase, or at an Eco Chef Accredited Agent or outlet.

Replacements

Defected products will only be exchanged immediately or refunded within the 7 days of purchase.
All returned products will go through a quality check to determine the defect’s cause.
We will revert within 2 working days of the return.
Warranty Policy as of the date of purchase will be applicable.
Original Purchase documents must be accompanied by the product.

Repairs

Damaged or faulty appliances may be handed in at the store of purchase or delivered to any Eco Chef Accredited repair agent.

Repaired goods guarantee

- - Repaired goods will be guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair.
  - Repaired appliances must be settled in full for the Accredited Agent. Retail stores will release the goods.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the respective Eco Chef accredited repair agent.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
